Speaking skills we are well aware of its benifits.As it is the most needed skill in our everyday lives. Even if you want to be a leader in an event for your school, public speaking is often essential. As a class representative, head of the council, or chairperson of a club, you are often called on to stand up and speak to a group, i.e. state your views on front of the rest . Public speaking is key factor that may lead you to become important member in the workplace.

So by reading this you clearly know that if you want speak up your thoughts you need to have the ability to have the confidence to do so.
Ways you can release your nervousness during any public speaking:
Make eye contact with an individual in the audience who is a friend or acquaintance.
As you start to speak, speak only to that individual.
Or if you don’t know anyone in the audience, you can just pretend that you are just sharing information with a friend.This will help you a lot more then you think can , when you are about to any type of public speaking and obviously you feel totally nerve-wracking condition. By turning a speech into a one-to-one conversation, it will seem less intimidating, And this works for most of speakers .
If you are still nervous when it’s time to deliver whatever you intend to, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you don’t have to be so serious. Imagining the audience as one of your favourite cartoons , or everyone having a food fight or just anything you find funny, this usually helps people lighten up asyour stress hormones re released and put speeches into proper perspective.

Some speakers attempt “winging it” and hope for the most effective.
But they typically fail on their faces and fail to impress the audience.
Preparation is the key to successful public speaking.
Prepare to speak together with your audience by researching your topic.
When you have proper and enough knowledge , you have a different plus unbreakable level of confidence. Search through all books , mazines, journals, newspapers,they are all helpful.And if you need more precision government sources and legal sources can provide you with a lot of credible information and statistics.
Create a rough summary of what you want to communicate to the audience. Additions and changes are most likely to be made to the outline, but it is good to have an properly organized idea about how are you going to start so you have some direction . Also so you don’t leave important information out.
So someone had written this amazing way to organise a presentation .
It’s referred to as the three Ts, which are as follows:

1. Tell the audience what you’re attending to say at the start of the speak.

2. Tell the audience what you’re going to sayto them in the body of the talk.
3. Tell the audience what you told them within the conclusion.

Why these T's ? Well here's your answer-
At the start of your presentation, you should explain your purpose for speaking.
This tells the audience why you are talking to them. You can almost literally present your summary sentences.
During the body of the speak, mention your summary sentences again as you cover each topic.
At the conclusion, you can repeat another version of the summary sentences.
Start with something that will keep your audience stuck to their spots and make them eager as well interested to everything you have got to say. You can start with something that everyone can relate to their daily lives this way they will know that you know what you are speaking, and help them relate to you .
The best talks should be compelling, everyone in the audience will then feel inspired by you . This means that the body, like the introduction, should contain interesting live examples. These things will help you bring your ideas to life and hold the attention of your audience. But always make sure that any information you present strengthens the purpose of your talk and supports your summary sentences.And if you can, illustrate it with an interesting story
from your own expertise or from one thing you’ve browse.

   We all want to achieve our goals , but many times we get distracted or at some point feel like it's not the thing you should be doing . Like this is not the thing you are meant to do. Well this happens with many many people , so if this is the thing that is forcing you to give second thoughts on your goals...you should just check with yourself that is this thing I can or should do rest of my life , does it give you a feeling that yes I am finally doing something that can give my enough excitement and encouragement to do better in future. Desire

Yes , you should have Desire to reach your dream goal. And it should be enough to keep you on your toes until you achieve what you want. You should encourage yourself on daily basis, that yes this is what you really want and know that you can work hard for it . Yes, you have to sacrifice many things for it but know that in the end it will be all worth it. When you are assertive about yourself and you dreams , your dreams become a reality in no time . Dedication

Now a days, most of the work is done by discussing everything with all the people. So to become a part of .a healthy group discussion one has to have good listening skills. As you should know when is the right time to state your point so that people don't feel that you are interupting them , and that is the reason you need good listening skills.

We don't pay much of our attention to our listening skills as much as we pay attention to our other communication skills. That is the reason where most of the people lag behind those with proper knowledge of these skills.We don't pay much attention to it because , our other skill for example speaking skills can be tested on the basis of the confidence we have during the speech , our gestures , etc., But we know that if we are not actually listening to someone the only person who knows the truth is we ourselves.

      Today, teams do much of the work inside organizations. Teams may operate inside a single area of a company, such as sales or finance. They may also comprise several different areas or functions. 

People who run organizations realize that to createand sell a new product, they need input from employees with many types of expertise. In the past, these individuals might have worked on their own in different parts of the company. Now they are all brought together on teams. 

There somethings that people should know if they want to become a good listener . They must be willing to listen and learn from each other—this is the point of meetings. If workers are not cooperating as a team, nothing can be accomplished. Here are . Things to avoid during any meeting as a team member:



1.Don’t interrupt:-
What this actually means is if you are having discussion or even if someone is telling you about something , you should let them complete their point and then state your views on it. Or else it can be wrongly interpreted by the speaker.



2. Don’t jump to conclusions:-
Since we can process information much faster than someone speaks, it’s easy to stop paying attention to the speaker and begin thinking about something else.



3.Don’t judge the messenger:- 
Someone on the basis of their appearance or their age or their accents like ohh this person is thrice my age how is he going to understand my situation and then not listen a word that person has to say..,emotional generalization that can prevent effective listening. 



4. Don’t be self-centered:-
Good listeners have the ability to empathize with a speaker. They try to read the speaker’s body language. Perhaps the speaker has a pained expression or looks tense. Any of these clues may indicate that he or she is nervous. A halting style of speech or emotional tone of voice may also indicate that the individual is upset.



5. Don’t tune out:- 
Many of us have habbit of tunning out in middle of a conversation , when we think that most of the important things are already been said , this is where we make a mistake when we think important things are already said some things that are discussed later may be they don't have any importance now but they can be useful later and you would know about it , ..if and only if you actually pay attention to every detail of the conversation.



Just remember this , The most effective teams allow every member to contribute during meetings.Listening to everyone’s ideas and opinionsis critical.
